    For Zumba® & STRONG Nation® instructors

You know how to teach.Nobody taught you the business bit.

That's where The Fitness Instructor Business Studio comes in.

Foundations is six weeks of the fundamentals: who your classes are actually for, what to charge, how people book, and why they come back. No jargon, no theory for the sake of it. Just the things that decide whether your classes pay you or drain you.

    Sound familiar?

Most instructors don't have a teaching problem. They have a business problem.

You can hold a room for an hour. That was never the hard part. The hard part is everything around it, and nobody covers that in a fitness qualification.

    Right now

    Where most people are stuck

    • You'd love a proper holiday, but the classes stop the moment you do, and so does the money
    • If you're ill there's no cushion. You teach through it, or you lose the week's income
    • Some months you break even, some you make a little, some you're out of pocket, and you can't predict which
    • You want to fill your classes but you don't know how, or who you'd even ask
    • Prices set by copying whoever's nearby, not by actual strategy
    • Trying to manage your bookings through your DMs, WhatsApp and emails
    • New faces come once and quietly disappear
    After six weeks

    Where Foundations gets you

    • Pricing that accounts for the weeks you're away or unwell, instead of ignoring them
    • Income you can forecast, because you know what each class needs to earn
    • A plan for earning more without simply teaching more
    • A niche client you can picture, and words that reach them
    • Prices you chose on purpose, and an intro offer that works
    • A booking setup that doesn't rely on you remembering
    • A first, proper look at your brand and website
    • Someone to answer all your questions
    What we actually do

Six weeks, in order. Each one builds on the last.

The order matters: you can't price a class properly until you know who it's for, and you can't fill it until you can say what it is. Every week has its own live Q&A. Submit your questions on that topic beforehand, and I answer them on the call.

    01
    WEEK ONE

    Your niche client

We work out who your classes are really for. Not "everyone", but the person who'd walk past two other studios to get to yours. Everything else in the six weeks hangs off this.

Live Q&AHaving problems figuring out who your niche client is? Let's chat about it at our live Q&A.

    02
    WEEK TWO

    Your message

How you describe your classes to your niche client so the right person recognises themselves in it: on your posts, your flyers, and when someone asks what you do.

Live Q&ASend me your class description or marketing message before the call for some constructive feedback.

    03
    WEEK THREE

    Pricing, properly

What to charge and why, based on your costs and your time rather than what the class down the road does. Blocks, drop-ins, memberships: let's figure out what's right for you!

Live Q&ASubmit your numbers and let's see if these classes are going to make you money :)

    04
    WEEK FOUR

    Your intro offer

How to bring new people into your classes in a way that feels easy and low-pressure, helping them build confidence and turn up consistently.

Live Q&ASend me your intro offer and I'll check it works with your pricing and the client you're trying to reach.

    05
    WEEK FIVE

    Booking & getting paid

A first look at booking software and how to set it up, so people can book and pay without a back-and-forth in your DMs at 10pm.

Live Q&ALet's chat software options and what's best for you!

    06
    WEEK SIX

    Retention, brand & what's next

Why people come back, the follow-up that makes it happen, and a starting point for your branding and website, plus where to take it from here.

Live Q&ABring your follow-up plan or let's chat about where you go from here!

You're not doing it on your own

The six weeks give you the material. These are where it gets applied to your classes, your prices and your numbers.

    Weekly live Q&A

A live session every week where you can ask about whatever you're stuck on: your pricing, a class that isn't filling, a message you're not sure how to send. Come with questions, leave with answers.

    1:1 support & feedback

Personal feedback on what you actually produce: your niche, your prices, your intro offer. Not generic advice. A response to your work, from me.

    What you leave with

Not notes. Decisions you've actually made.

By week six these aren't things you're planning to sort out. They're settled, written down, and in use.

    A niche client, on paper

Who your classes are for, specific enough that you'd recognise them in the room.

    Your prices, decided

Drop-in, blocks, memberships and your intro offer: set deliberately, with the reasoning behind each.

    A booking setup

Booking software looked at in depth, so bookings and payments stop living in your phone.

    A branding starting point

The beginnings of how your business looks and sounds, ready to build on properly later.

    Charge check

Thirty seconds. Five questions. How charged are you?

Answer honestly, nobody's watching. Each yes lights a bolt, and the meter tells you whether Foundations is your next step.

Does the business side feel like guesswork?

Pricing, filling classes, follow-up: gut feel and hoping, rather than a plan.

    QUESTION 1 / 5

    Is this you?

Foundations is for instructors at the start of the business side.

It's the first step, not the advanced one, which is exactly why it works for people who feel behind.

✅ Foundations is for you if...

    • You're teaching classes, or about to start, and the business side feels like guesswork
    • You've never properly decided who your classes are for
    • You picked your prices by copying someone else, or by hoping
    • You want someone to answer your questions as they come up, not just hand you a workbook
    • You want the fundamentals sorted in six weeks, without a huge investment

    Not quite yet if...

    • You've already got a clear niche, deliberate pricing and steady retention. You're past this
    • You want your logo, website and funnel built for you. That's Elevate
    • You're not teaching yet and aren't planning to start soon
    Step by step

    How Foundations works

Three moves. That's the whole plan, and you only have to make the first one.

    Quick answers

    Things people ask before joining

The next group starts Wednesday 2 September. The live coaching and Q&A calls run at 8pm UK time (3pm EDT), one each week for the six weeks.

An hour or two. Each week has one focused topic and a short piece of work to apply it to your own classes. The live Q&A is there for anything you get stuck on.

Submit your questions on that week's topic beforehand and I'll answer them on the call, then catch the replay whenever suits you. You never lose the 1:1 feedback either way.

That's who it was built with, but everything in it applies to any dance or fitness class instructor: working out who your classes are for, what to charge and why people come back is the same job whatever you teach.

No. Week five looks at booking software from absolute scratch, and we choose what's right for you together. If you can post on Instagram, you can do all of this.

You leave with your decisions written down and in use: your niche, your prices, your intro offer, your booking setup and a starting point for your brand. When you're ready for the full build-out (logo, website, funnel), that's Elevate.
